General Terms and Conditions

Membership Details Form Effective Date: 4/9/2024

1. Offerings Lower Lincoln provides members coworking access Monday to Friday, 8 am - 9 pm The language in this document defines memberships as Monthly Memberships and Day Pass Users alike unless stated otherwise. Membership includes complimentary coffee, reverse osmosis filtered water, free parking, TVs with easy hook-ups, hourly conference room rentals, 1/GB Wifi, and a high-quality community of coworkers. This membership is for the main office space in Lower Lincoln, including the front kitchenette, whiteboard room, and hot desk room, where you can use workstations on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2. Membership Terms Monthly Memberships are offered monthly and require a 30-day cancellation notice on the 1st of each month. Payment is processed automatically through the membership portal on the 1st of each month. If you begin your membership after the 1st of each month, that month will be prorated.

Day Pass Users must choose the day they will use their day pass through the membership portal.

While Lower Lincoln's premises are under 24/7 surveillance, members are responsible for their personal items. Members are required to have personal insurance to cover their assets.

Lower Lincoln reserves the right to close the space during a rented event or in an emergency. Notice will be given via the membership portal and SMS messaging - if you have signed up for Lower Lincoln text messaging.

Hot Desk Room offers members a dedicated space for focused work on every day except Thursdays. To ensure fair access, workstations in the hot desk room operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this room is not designated for taking or making calls; if you need to engage in a phone conversation, we kindly ask that you exit the room to do so.

Ensuring a quiet and productive environment is a priority, and members are expected to be considerate of their fellow coworkers in all spaces. Lower Lincoln reserves the right to ask you to leave or use headphones if your audio-related activities cause disturbances to others.

3. Fees Introductory Offer: 8 am - 9 pm CST/ 5 days a week Cost:$99/month One-Time Non-Refundable Sign-Up Fee: $99 Day Pass: 8 am - 9 pm CST/ Cost: $25/day

Late Payment: Members will receive a non-payment notice on the 10th of the month and a late fee charge. The late fee charge is equal to the greater of 10% of the outstanding balance per month or the maximum rate/fee permitted by law in the state of Indiana.

Conference Room Rental: We have two conference rooms, the Yellow Conference Room and the Copper Conference Room. These are also available to rent by the hour to the public—please book early. The cost is $40 an hour for members and $50 for non-members and day pass users.

Lower Lincoln does not guarantee the presence of on-site staff during membership hours.

5. Amendments Lower Lincoln reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Members will be duly notified of any changes.
